We specialize in empowering youth with serious emotional disturbances to advocate for their own care plans.

TFCC works closely with families to help them overcome their obstacles. Our trained peer support workers, our teachers and our staff are all determined to help families, youth and individuals find solutions to the varied problems they are facing.
